At Coyote Crew Supply, we strive to provide reliable and professional labour services. This Refund Policy explains when credits or refunds may be considered and when they will not be issued.

1. Nature of Our Services

Coyote Crew Supply provides temporary labour services by supplying workers to client job sites. Fees are invoiced based on workers assigned, hours worked, and agreed-upon rates.

Due to the nature of labour services, services are considered rendered once a worker reports to a job site as scheduled, regardless of whether the full shift is completed.

2. No Refunds for Completed or Partially Completed Work

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Hours worked by labourers

  • Workers who arrive on-site and are available to work

  • Partially completed shifts

  • Weather delays or site shutdowns outside of our control

  • Work that meets agreed-upon scope but does not meet client expectations

Once labour has been provided, the service is deemed completed.

3. When Credits or Adjustments May Be Considered

At our discretion, a credit or invoice adjustment may be considered if:

  • A worker fails to show up for a scheduled shift without prior notice

  • A worker is late beyond a reasonable allowance and work cannot proceed

  • A billing error is identified and verified

Any adjustment will be made as a credit toward a future invoice, not a cash refund.

4. Client Responsibilities Affecting Refunds

Refunds or credits will not be provided if issues arise due to:

  • Unsafe or unsuitable working conditions

  • Inaccurate job descriptions or required skill levels

  • Lack of work, materials, or supervision upon worker arrival

  • Early dismissal of workers by the client

Clients are responsible for ensuring the work site is ready and compliant.

5. Reporting Issues

Any concerns regarding worker performance or attendance must be reported on the same day the issue occurs. Failure to promptly report issues may void eligibility for invoice adjustments.

6. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least [24/48] hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a minimum charge or call-out fee if workers were already scheduled.

7. No Cash Refunds

Coyote Crew Supply does not issue cash or direct payment refunds for labour services under any circumstances. Approved adjustments will be applied as credits toward future services.

8. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted to our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
